It is a long, tedious process to try to change someone’s behavior. But this is exactly what we need to happen for the climate movement.
But we need to make it as easy as possible. Make that transition simple, or give people enough of a reason to want to make that change.
WeHero is at the forefront of this. Their main question is to ask how they can have people not just volunteer one time, but change their hearts and their minds to say that I not only want to volunteer once, but I want to volunteer again.
