I share the simplest explanation I’ve found for how I changed from who I used to be to who I am now. The turning point wasn’t motivation or willpower. It was deciding who I wanted to be—then doing what that person does every day until it became true. Small actions, repeated long enough, become identity. And once it’s identity, a lot of “struggle” disappears because those old behaviors just aren’t part of who you are anymore.


Real change doesn’t come from big gestures, but from the small choices we make every day.
