HOW TO CHAT ONLINE WITH A HUMAN BEING AT USCIS 🇺🇸 Google "Ask Emma" Click on the second link that says "Ask Emma" Click on "Ask a Question" in the top right hand corner of the web page Type "Infopass appointment" into the box and click SEND Click on "Make an Infopass Appointment" If asked to "Briefly Describe the reason for your appointment," type in a reason, for example "replace green card" When asked if you are currently in the US or abroad, click "I'm currently in the US" When asked if you've turned 14, say "Yes" Next, click the Trash Can icon in the Ask Emma chat box to delete it. (That's right. Just do it.) When a new Ask Emma box appears and she asks what else she can help you with, type in "Infopass appointment" and click SEND Click on "Make an Infopass Appointment" When asked if you're in the US, click "Yes." When asked to enter your Zip Code, do it. Next, click "Connect to Live Chat" And finally, add your Receipt Number.
