A New Year ripe with possibility. Choosing a Focus Word of the Year has become much more common thru the years. I've been doing this for years.

Today, I am sharing the process I use to allow the word to "Choose" me and how I intend to use my word for the year to stretch me, grow me and inspire me to show up better and more intentional for what and who matters to me.
