Meet Ambreen Razia. A multi-winning writer and actress, who has been able to combine her love of, acting and writing, with great success. Currently, Ambreen has been commissioned by Clean Break Theatre to write about women in the prison system! Ambreen and I spoke about the writing process for television and stage; representation and accessibility to the arts; how she approaches the acting process and what she wants to see more of both, on stage and television. Ambreen was so generous with her knowledge, experience, and expertise; we discussed how important it was for her to be part of projects, that have themes, she really cares about.
