This week’s episode is different from any other and extra special because I get interviewed by one of my followers that I had never met or spoken to before. Nechama had been following my journey for a few years and when she came to the island- we connected and before you know it- she was in my living room interviewing me on my podcast. I mean, how cool is that?

The conversation lit up my soul, here are the questions she asked:

As a creative I have so many ideas in my head, it takes alot of time and effort to put in the work. How do you choose one thing and stick with that and stay consistent, and still be happy with where you are headed?

I have a love hate relationship with Instagram. I can get a lot of inspiration but sometimes it comes from consumption or boredom. How do you use social media from an intentional place, from a place of growth and not to fill a void inside of you?

Many times in order for us to make a huge change in our life it takes a breaking point, on a personal note- what was that for you that inspired the action?

When you were at the breaking point, you got a life coach and you had tried therapists in the past, what did you see in coaching over therapy that helped?

When you have an idea and your really excited about it and you start taking action and then you fall into a place of self sabotage, how to you move to a place of ‘I am worthy of success, happiness and fulfilment?
