If you are a perfectionist learn you are never going to get it right. Ask your boss how you are doing as this may be a more positive critique than the one you would give yourself.

You need to make the job you have, work better for you or change your job. If you hate your job, you’ve tried and tried but still dread Monday morning then you need to make a change.
You need to schedule after work destress activities
Regular exercise is great to promote feelings of positivity. Ensure you eat nutritious food, you are what you eat. Try and challenge your brain in new ways
Talk to friends and family
Ask them how they are feeling, helping others will help you to feel more positive about yourself.
