Most importantly, it discusses how to stop dwelling on these experiences and begin to move forward, without necessarily feeling the need to hate them, or trash talk them. (Although, sometimes we all need to let out a bit of trash talk every now and again, because sometimes, let's face it, people who shit on us do deserve it.)
