In the past brands were reserved for the big dogs, McDonald's, CocaCola, and other corporations. Today that field is open for us all to play on it. 
Despite the field being open, why do 95-97% of people still fail when it comes to creating a personal brand?
I can answer that question with many answers and in this episode, I'm going to dive into what it takes to create a personal brand.

Since becoming known as the virtual boss and branding myself alongside my company VirtualStaff.ph, many people have recognized me as the worlds #1 expert when it comes to hiring virtual assistants, and outsourcing to the Philippines.
On top of the hundreds of people who are subscribed to virtualstaff.ph and my outsourcing blueprint training. People also pay me $2,000/Month in consulting retainers in order to get direct access to me on a 1-1 basis.  In fact, I earn $16,000-$24,000 a month in consulting fees working with between 8-12 clients at any one time. 
It takes up about 40 hours per month, I enjoy it, and it pays decent while being very affordable for my clients. 
I also, to the surprise of my clients, give them direct 1-1 access to my Filipino lawyer and accountant... meaning they get a whole package of expertise on tap!
People have told me it's unbelievable helpful when you're looking to build a big business or expand aggressively.The value that my consulting clients get is probably worth a minimum of $1,000,000 in terms of cost benefits, business expansion, and having my knowledge on tap.
I don't earn $20k a month in consulting fees by chance, instead, it was done by branding myself correctly.
Obviously, the branding comes second to first having the experience and skills that I offer.
