As a coach we are doing the same thing as being a lightworker - we are here to elevate the consciousness 

Allow yourself to explore the journey 

Take the one thing it will lead you to the next thing 

If all would take to the same result what would you choose?

We want the template vs being led 

It will feel like a pull vs push 

It is the heart that’s leading you 

 

To hear your intuition:

Disconnect from distractions 

Take action on your feelings 

Try different modalities 

See how it feels the clear YES and NO 

 

Find someone who has results you want - and model them 

We learn more of what people are doing vs what they are saying

 

Daily Rituals:

Allowed myself to be fluid

3 hours for me in the morning 

Meditation 

Earthing, touching plants, hugging trees 

Non-linear movement - just moving my body 

 

Last thing that’s on my heart:

When you are doing something new you might never feel 100% confident 

If you were confident what would you allow yourself to do?
