There are a lot of moving parts and people to manage in refurbishments which even the most experienced investor can miss or underestimate at times. One of the main things is finding the right build team as the refurbishment or build can make or break the deal. Through practical experience I have worked out how to create a winning build team and I would like to share this with you.

My name is Dan Hulbert and what I share in my podcast is I practiced. I can back up my information with over 20 years experience in the property and building industries. My journey started on the tools in flipping properties with my Dad. I then went on to maintenance works and multitrade refurbishments. I decided in 2010 to go it alone and set up and run my own building firm and now I support and coordinate property investors refurbishment projects.
There are a lot of moving parts in property and the world is saturated with theory, but what we are craving is practical wisdom.
Since 2014 I have been providing support, guidance and advice for property investors on their HMO refurbishments and small commercial conversions. This support comes in different ways:

- 1:1 Project Coaching.
- Project Consultancy Packages.
