Humans are creatures of habit. It therefore makes sense we look at this in more detail. If we have good habits, we move forward and improve. If we don't - we stand still or even worse deteriorate. In this weeks confidence and self esteem episode I'll be looking at how we can create good habits and even more importantly - keep them up long term.
In true Confidence and Self Esteem style; if you are looking to become more confident or have increased self esteem; you have to get slightly out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself and I'm no different when it comes to this.
