Who is ready to fire off into 2021? 

This past Monday I announced new accountability work groups to our leadership team. We gave everyone their application, and I want to give you a few quick tips to duplicate the basics of this system in your business. 

If you are going to do anything with your business ... you may as well light it on fire and give it your best! That's what this accountability and commitment strategy will do for you. I believe in 2021 we have to be totally dialed in, and everyone is going to need to focus at their highest and best self. This will help you get started!

with a deadline of 7 days!  

It is amazing what can happen in 7 days with laser focus – commitment – and accountability. I hope this next year is your greatest yet, that you are happier, and your business gets stronger and stronger every day.  If we were sitting here one year from today and reflecting on the past year, what MUST happen for you to feel happy about your progress personally and professionally? Every agent, to be able to grow and succeed – everyone needs support and community. 

The reason we pull our agents together into accountability groups is to harness the power of commitments and deadlines in their business, week by week, person by person! Tie into the community and support system your broker has built for you. Do you have a system for accountability and mentorship? Where can you find coaching and an accountability partner to work with week by week? Make sure you have this support and accountability system in place. 

If you do this you will not only start the year off right, you will take your business and personal life to the next level!
