How to create healthy boundaries with people

Something I’m noticing more and more in today’s culture including with myself is the level of boundaries or lack of them we have for ourselves and people. It seems to be one extreme or the other. But boundaries are not rude, they are important. They are important for ourselves and our health and for others. It’s okay to say no to someone, yet what I’m seeing in our culture is to many people draining themselves because of a lack of healthy boundaries, and when you don’t have any boundaries for yourself you are not respecting yourself or showing people how to respect you and you begin to violate your own integrity.
