Today Kim Blackwell Joins us and shares her vast experiences and expertise around leadership and making an impact in the Theatrical Arts World. and beyond. We discuss how her powerful feminism beliefs play a massive role in her life and her mission/vision for how the world of the Arts evolves… and that is just a small piece of all that we dive into, so many aha moments!
Kim shares about how experiences in life are helping form both who we are and what we want for ourselves. Kim says; “The experiences are always leading me back to that thing in my belly, where the fire (passion) is”.
Kim hits home with how although our paths’ in life are not linear in getting to where we want to go, we will get to that destination with the support of mentors, hard-work and trying new experiences to figure out what it is that brings us happiness and calls to our fire. She follows this with how those who desire to fulfill a creative venture, there is again not one linear path in accomplishing that goal.
Kim whole-heartedly believes and brings to life the vision in the Transformative Power of Art to Change the World.
