How about the client experience in your office, waiting room and your curb appeal? (think: color, seating, nature, windows, lighting, decorations, items in room, privacy)

Are they….

Consistent?

Clear?

Cohesive? 

If they don’t check the boxes on these 3 C’s then you are probably losing clients before you even realize it. To create authority and begin  to establish safety and rapport is KEY.
