• Balance is key. Find a balance between productivity and self-care, and create from a grounded, stable, and knowing place. Creating from a grounded place is essential for sustained success in business. Avoid making big decisions when in a state of euphoria or despair.
• Creating from a place of peace and joy, rather than from a place of proving oneself or seeking validation, leads to more authentic and impactful work.
• Worthiness and confidence are important factors in the creative process. It is crucial to believe in one's own abilities and value.
• Resistance and fear are common when stepping out of one's comfort zone. Expect and acknowledge these feelings, but don't let them hold you back from taking action
