In the previous episode, I talked about moments when you will not feel motivated to act on your dream or goals. Thus leaving you frustrated.
Well, in this episode, I shared my thoughts, based on personal experience and how you can create your own motivation, rather than waiting until you feel like it. This is more of a follow up to the previous episode, titled 'Just Do It - Don't Rely on Motivation'
The nuggets I shared have been working for me and the most important aspect is that it keeps me on-course. I am optimistic that if you apply any of the concepts or a combination of them, depending on your personality type, you will create your own motivation and stay on-course until you achieve your goal(s).
Some of the nuggets I shared include;
1. Visualize your desired outcome
2. Build a support system
3. Create a trigger that spurs you into action
4. Reward yourself for every milestone achieved
5. Create a condusive environment in your mind
6. Take it easy on yourself
