For Woman
10 x Weight (KG) + 6.25 x Height (cm) - 5 x Age (Y) - 161
Multiply by:
1.2 If you are Inactive
1.3 If you are fairly inactive
1.4 If you are moderately active
1.5 If you are active
1.7 If you are very active
