In this episode Rocky takes a trip down memory lane with four of his former employees, all of whom have gone on to serve as leaders within the Chick-fil-A Corporation.  We are accompanied by Tim Douglass (Chick-fil-A Operator / Russellville, AR), Rob Kramer (Chick-fil-A Operator / Jacksonville, FL), John Francisco (Chick-fil-A Operator / Memphis, TN) and Kyle Brown (Chick-fil-A Interim Manager & Grand Opening Supervisor / Brownwood, TX).  Each of them share their insight on what it was like to be lead by Rocky through out different stages of his leadership experience, as well as how they have been shaped into the leaders they are today.
