Leadership is always important, but now more than ever we need to think about how we shape leaders.  Not only is it an election year, but it's a year where racial injustices are peaking.  Creating the changes we need to embrace equality on many levels is heavily reliant on the changes, rules, laws, and standards set by our politicians, in local government, AND on a larger scale. 

What does it take to create great leaders?  What are the methods we can use to make sure that we challenge each other to show up better, show up stronger, and truly represent the interest of "the people"?
