Episode 90: How to Deal with Burnout as a Content Creator

Welcome to episode ninety of the Cocktails & Content Creation Podcast! For this episode, we’re going to talk about how to deal with burnout as a content creator with Nina Hendrick of Nina Hendrick Home.

In our ninetieth episode you’ll learn:

  • What brought Nina to the breaking point
  • How she came to know that it was okay to take a break
  • How taking some time can help to spark creativity
  • What she would have done if not able to step fully away and had to push through
  • Healthier ways to balance your content creation

About our Guest:

Nina Hendrick is a small-town New England girl with a passion for all things home. Most days, you can find her sneaking in as many pages as she can from a good book (okay… a regency romance novel). She loves cottages, rustic furniture, and old barns.

The thing she loves most about what she does is helping people create a meaningful space that they can enjoy with those they care about.

Like many people, she loves beautiful things, they make her happy. However, her real goal is not to have a perfect home, it’s to have a meaningful home to enjoy with her family and friends. She shares on her blog and social media because she wants to inspire and teach others with the same desire!
