Change is unavoidable. For change is happening on every level in every moment. This is the beautiful design of life itself.  And the more we understand how life works at the deepest levels, the better we can create the lives were were meant to live. Life is not without it's challenges, not without it's pain, but these are all pieces of the puzzle of the journey of life that can guide us to who we really are. They give us the contrast to show us our true internal power. Seeing these changes as steps to our next evolution is to allow the seasons of life to happen without resistance, and thus, will give us the space to truly grow and to become our best selves.
