There is an ocean of content available already on the "Process" of dealing with difficult situations. Lot tips, do's and don'ts. However, in my experience I realised that if my mindset is not in the right place then no Process in the world will ever work for me. I explore some learnings I have had in building that mindset, so I am ready to soak in and practice the process.
