There's 3 100% guarantees in life, death, taxes and judgement! Like it or not, it is going to happen! And, you are going to do it! I know right, I said it, you are going to judge! It's part of being human, and we fight it so much which causes us alot of pain, guilt, shame etc. What is we didn't fight judgement, what if we sought to understand it? What if we used it as a mirror to look back at ourselves and ask "why am I so triggered by this" and also "why am I. not triggered by this". When you know who you are, and you are confident in it, it's a lot easier to not be triggered because you don't believe it.
