Some of us find ourselves on the healthy lifestyle side where we receive judgement for eating not so healthy foods, and then there are those of us who are trying to make healthy lifestyle changes and receive criticism and feel a lack of support from those in our lives. I’ve learned that the words of those in our lives can be very impactful and as a result, it’s important to be able to address these both internally and externally.
