  • Understanding your behavioral style is a critical aspect of reaching your goals. This includes all of the intricacies that make you unique.
  • It’s critical to push yourself outside of your comfort zone. You don’t need to do it all the time, but being proactive on this point will help you obtain the progress that you want.
