Shakti Maitri in action - our collective reclamation of inherent life force energy (Shakti/prana/chi) with loving kindness (Maitri). In this episode, I define the positive opposite of capitalism/colonization/empire as living radically alive in conversation with the elements that move through us on a day to day basis.

I elaborate on how being in conversation with life implies relating with the life force energy that transits through our bodies, as a fractal microcosm of the earth, as a fractal microcosm of our Milky Way galaxy, as a fractal microcosm of the Universe experiencing itself.
