1) Clarifying your values and mission statement

2) Identifying who your ideal client is and why they should hire you

3) Developing a consistent message across all platforms/channels (social media sites/email signatures/etc.) 4) Creating an elevator pitch (or other short description of what makes up your brand)

5) Creating an action plan for implementing these changes in your business
