Tanya is the co-founder and CEO of Los Angeles based software startup, BlockForms. She is a data scientist by profession and has personally built technology, ranging from algorithms that recommend which items can and can’t be shipped together in a box to monitoring how well you are brushing your teeth with an electric toothbrush. Tanya's passion for optimization and making work more fun has led her to build BlockForms, a software that automates forms.

After accepting she was in a job that wasn't a good fit for her, Tanya decided that she was going to learn how to code through night schooling. It was an expensive program, but she paid for it herself while working 80 plus hours a week to make a change. Surpassing imposter syndrome over and over again has landed her with exciting opportunities as a data scientist and now leading BlockForms.
