The hardest thing to do in mock trial is give a rebuttal after your opponent's closing argument. They have to be compeltely responsive to the other side's case, which means they can't be scriped at all. So, to make sure you have a plan in place for exactly what to say the next time you get up to give a rebuttal, I'm going to share four rules for giving a stellar rebuttal every single time.
