Hello and welcome to another episode of the Perception Podcast with me your host Caroline Partridge. In this episode I get the opportunity to talk to the Exiled Medic himself Fabian Kowallik. Fabian is gaining a huge following on Instagram as a detox specialist in the field of holistic health. Having come from a family of doctors and training as a medic himself, he decided to try a different path when the conventional treatments for his chronic conditions failed him. During our conversation Fabian deep dives into the world of parasites, our gut microbiome and the critical importance of the sun, in maintaining health, as well as revealing the real reason why we're told to put our phones on flight mode on aircraft.
