In this episode, we invite Jack Kennington and Andrew Barnes, Rocky's colleagues, to talk about their experience with servant leadership.  Jack and Andrew were present during Rocky's formative years in leadership. Jack, who lives in Tennessee, works with hospice currently but was with Chick-fil-A for 20 years, 13 of which as an Operator of his own store.  Since then, he has had a total of 6 Operators, with a focus on 4, come out of his location. Rocky and Andrew reflect on what it was like to be lead at a young age by their previous operator, Jack. Andrew discusses with Rocky the impact Truett Cathy had on his life.
