We all have experiences where our central nervous system is feeling stressed and anxious from something going on in our lives.  Regulating this nervous energy can be challenging, and many people suffer from overwhelming bouts of anxiety.  Today I talk about several strategies you can use to distract yourself from these feelings, to redirect your energy, and to calm your body and your mind.
