If you've ever wondered how to master the turntable arts and DJ at festivals, events and parties, then DJ Red and Chris Koffman have a cv that includes Manchester's Hacienda, Ministry Of Sound, Garlands in Liverpool, Propaganda, Babushka, the Voodoo Lounge in London's Leicester Square and in playing front of 350,000 people at Berlin's Love Parade. 

They kept everyone dancing at Cathy Austin's Bramstock on Saturday and Mark Simpson caught up with them to learn the tricks of the trade, before they took to the stage.
