When Good Work Goes Bad
Michael says there are three types of work:

* Bad Work. The soul-crushing, time wasting, drives-you-crazy work.
* Good Work. It is productive and gets things done, but it keeps you stuck in a comfortable rut.
* Great Work. The kind of work that gets you really excited. That has the potential to make a big difference.

Some good work has to be done, but if you want to do more great work, you need focus, courage and resilience. We discuss each of these in the interview.
