“For which of you, intending to build a tower, does not sit down first and count the cost, whether he has enough to finish it”

In order to dominate you must first remove any and all obstacles that are in your way. Obstacles can cause problems when trying to dominate so it is important that they are removed and then you must gather your troops. Having your troops is very important and can help you succeed.
