Welcome back to the 20’s and thriving podcast. This week we are going to talk about healthy eating in your 20’s. This is probably one of the most difficult topics that we have touched on to date. Transparently, due to some imposter syndrome and the delicacy of diet culture, I doubled clutched on putting this article out. However, I concluded that eating healthy in your 20’s is wayyyy too important of a topic to pass up on.
I’m not a nutritionist nor am I pretending to be. So before we advance any further into my thought process, I want everyone to understand that I do not believe there is one correct way to eat, every diet has its pros and cons. Everyone is built differently and you have to cater your nutrition to your individual needs. And honestly think sometimes, more important than your actual diet, is consistency in choices you make.
