A caloric deficit is all that is needed to maintain weight or lose weight. Depending on how extreme your deficit is, the faster you will lose or the better you will maintain. A deficit can't be to extreme because if it is then your metabolism will adjust which can create a possibility of a surplus which will lead to weight loss. Having a coach or someone who can guide you will always lead to success on the first shot! This episode will show you just how easy it is to lose weight while eating foods you still love.
