About Dr. Kwabi-Addo
Dr. Bernard Kwabi-Addo, is an associate professor of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Howard University and an adjunct associate professor of Oncology at Johns Hopkins Medical School in Baltimore, Maryland. He is the Principal Investigator of a Prostate Cancer Research Laboratory with research work focused on understanding the biological mechanisms underlying cancer progression and cancer disparities with a goal to identify new biomarkers for cancer detection and novel therapeutic interventions. He has authored over 30 high impact peer-reviewed scientific articles and has published 3 books on disease prevention, particularly in minority population (including his latest book; Check the FATS- eliminate chronic diseases).
