Fear is a natural emotion that everyone experiences. It can be a helpful response to danger, but it can also be overwhelming and debilitating. When we are afraid, our bodies release hormones that prepare us to fight or flee. This can make us feel shaky, anxious, and even have physical symptoms like sweating or a racing heart.

The first step to overcoming fear is to acknowledge it. It is important to remember that fear is not always rational. We may be afraid of things that are not actually dangerous. Once we acknowledge our fear, we can start to challenge it. We can ask ourselves why we are afraid and whether our fears are based on reality.

Our guest, Corbie  Mitleid, will help us take the first step towards facing our fears, even though we are scared. Her story will reminder that we can overcome our fears, one step at a time.
