In the classic ancient book, Plato’s ‘Republic,’ the great philosopher, Socrates, constantly challenges the ideologies of his students and peers. Cordell Carter, the Executive Director of the Aspen Institute’s Socratic Program, believes that this form of open dialogue is what our young leaders need today.  In today’s episode, Cordell explains why giving a voice to leaders from every background is the key to real impact.
