I would get major anxiety over conversations and started sweating bullets when I thought I had said something wrong. However, that all changed when I started to develop a growth mindset and learned to be present. In this podcast, we learn the tips, techniques, and mindset to deal with everyday life situations as an introvert in an extroverted world.
