1. You need to move everyone outside of their collective comfort zones.
2. You need to be 110% in as the leader.  Participate and be almost over-the-top positive!
3. Build in time for reflection.  Yes, teachers you need to teach students how to reflect.

We believe entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial thinking have the ability to disrupt our education system.  Our children deserve a system that teaches them value-adding, real-world skills that increase their chances of being successful when they leave it.
