Starting his career with door-to-door medical equipment sales, Ashley gradually upped his skills to become the #1 sales professional at Symantec, crushing profit targets greater than 200%, making his mark felt at the company. 

Aside from sales, Ashley is interested in sports and has a sporting background. He’s played cricket for a large part of his life and imbibes valuable life skills from the sport. When asked about it, he reveals that teamwork, camaraderie, competition, winning and losing are all lessons that stay with him to date. Additionally, the friendships that he made when in the sport helped in his sales career significantly. 

His hard work, tenacity, willingness to learn and the ability to learn from his mistakes proved game-changing in his career. So much so that he left the others immensely impressed.
