Podcast while driving as I think through moving from one big Video to a series of smaller ones. As a result I have migrated from camera to mobile phone with on phone file reduction. Nothing really deep here sorry. Reflecting back on this: I feel it is just such a fundamental thing. You get double the Universe first spin up and then superimposed on it spin down.  Lots of maths is interesting but this is the one that applies to us. For those out there who understand it: Isn't incredible that people so easily convince themselves they are not missing out on anything by ignoring it.
