In this week's episode we ask Lupita how she does it all? From cooking amazing meals, showing up on tiktok, creating content for IG, mending her garden of herbs, managing her own candle making business, ALL while working a full time job! 

Lupita Mora is a true dreamer, a full time employee, small business owner, wife, & digital content creator. These past three years she's made it a mission to only do the things that set her soul on fire,  give time to those that bring value to her life, and most important trust her gut! As an instagram content creator she transmits her love for culture, food, humor, travel & uncomfortable raw conversations. Lupita wants everyone to know that regardless of your upbringing or the rocks thrown at you, its important to never lose sight of your purpose and calling. 

During the times of uncertainty we all faced in 2020, she found comfort and joy through her garden and that's where the idea to build her candle business  Soul Y Vibras sparked. Through her brand she wants to create something more than a product, she wants to build a community to empower women to believe in themselves, not be stuck in the "what if" and most importantly, remind them of how important it is to dedicate self care and self love.
