Kayla Koh is first and foremost a loving wife and mom of three. Her other hats include being a personal trainer, a holistic sports nutritionist, a gym owner, and a fascial stretch therapist.
Kayla and Sarah talk about how a thin appearance does not equate a healthy lifestyle —in fact, Kayla recounts her experience training for a bikini bodybuilding competition, and how even though she looked her leanest, she felt the weakest.
Kayla and Sarah discuss common signs of an unhealthy lifestyle, like fatigue, guilt and irregular menstruation, as well as signs of a healthy lifestyle, like energy, freedom and strength.
