You can then use this insight as a guide to solve your problem & begin feeling better.
Because you always have options.Even if at first it seems hopeless.
And your options to feel better will always fall into one of these 3 categories:
👉🏻Change the situation
👉🏻Address your thought
👉🏻Allow your uncomfortable emotion
Take a listen to hear how this works in a real-life situation I had a few years ago.
And as you do, think of a situation in your own life where you feel stuck or frustrated or hopeless. Then make a list of all the options you have to feel better. You might be surprised to find that you have more power than you think!
