This week we talk about how to feel confident with your vulva. It’s one of the hardest things to do as females as we can so often put ourselves down about how our vulva looks. Realistically though every vulva is different, which means that no one vulva is perfect or the right way to be. Pornography and being socialised in a sadly very patriarchal society has conditioned us to believe that we need our bodies to be “perfect” and that is just not the case. Let’s talk about it!
